Give it a few days. I just recently dealt with Khoalty and I had a terrific customer service experience. I was sent two passenger side side-marker lights, and they responded to all of my e-mails in a timely fashion and had me a new side marker in a little less than a week. I can guarantee that you'll be taken care of by them!
