i've used this place a few times for my rim issues. the guys are very knowledgeable and a lot of businesses actually send them rims for repair.

http://www.usawheels.net/

one of my rims was bent, but the imbalance would never show up in balancing machines. these guys can very precisely determine what's wrong. turned out i had a bent rim and my tire was defective with a static imbalance so i ended up getting a warranty replacement tire. on another occasion, i cracked one of my racing dynamics 3 pc rims (forced me to get a different set of rims b/c replacing it would have set me back over $1200 for just 1 rim). unfortunately they couldn't fix it b/c the crack went in 2 directions and it needed a new "cylinder" with a particular number of rivets which i couldn't find anywhere.

+1 They just repaired a wheel on my benz a few days ago. It took them no time to get it done. Their alignments are near perfect as well.

I have a connect at elite powdercoating I can talk to, I got a wheel fixed at als hubcaps a few years ago and he charegd me 125 to just fix the crack, I got another wheel that had 3 cracks in it and was curbed to death, elite fully refinished the wheel and painted it you couldnt even tell the crack was there for 115.

Intrack Tires is where i take my rims too in queens, but they are so stacked up, i went there and they have about 35 sets of rims to repair and powdercoat. So worth every penny.
