Just got 940 rounds of 7.62x54R (half corrosive, half not) and 200 rounds of 30.06 from UPS yesterday, along with some cleaning supplies.

Got to try out my new electronic hearing protectors with my 30.06 Ruger American in my back yard at lunch today.

Man, I love being able to walk outside and shoot sh1t.

I'd like some peanut butter to go along with my jelly.

I very well can walk out into the front or back yard and start shooting. But I'm guessing my neighbors would take issue with that display of second amendment execution.

My cousin gave me this eotech for my ddm4

I don't need a mount for this right? It just goes right on the rail?

It's not an eotech, but yes, it should just mount to the rail

What m5killa said, because at glockstore (San Diego, CA) it was a 6-8 week back order for the 17, so I figured I'll just pay the $10 extra for the C and then I can just buy a original 17 barrel with no ports and it'll be just like a 17, then I can always switch back to C version if I ever wanted a little flash. This is strictly a target/range gun so I might even just keep it compensated.

It is an Eotech. It's the Optics Planet signature model.

Good pick up!

I think it's this one : http://www.opticsplanet.com/l3-eotec...2-0-opmod.html

Also, I decided to listen to the forum feedback and pass on the NFA SBR. I figure I'd rather put the 500 worth of paperwork alone towards a Walther. I don't need an armory and the DD is more than enough bang for my buck.

Semi-firearms related.....I purchased a membership to the Garand Collectors Association as part of the requirements to be a member of the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP). I'm wanting to pick up an M1 Garand sometime soon and they are had at a steep discount via CMP membership

Is that rear iron sight fixed? Might want to consider a folder there, would be nicer when looking through the holo.

He has the EXPS which is raised 7mm and allows for a lower 1/3 co-witness.
