10mm loads have to be put on the same frame as a .45ACP, and there is a good segment of people who cannot grip double-stack .45s. I am one of them. To date, the only non-1911 .45s I can use are the G21SF, M&P45 and HK45, as they're the only ones with grips "compact" enough for my smaller hands to grip.
I had a Glock 20C for a long time that was strictly a deer hunting gun that I sold because I just couldn't shoot it well. My hands were just too small.

It's a great round IMO. Ballistics on it are just fine.
.40 was supposedly designed because smaller stature FBI agents could not handle the 10mm. The FBI did not want to admit they were wrong in not going with 9mm or .45acp, so they had S&W develop a new cartridge that was supposedly "better".

.40sw is a higher pressure round, therefore it inherently has more felt recoil. This leads to slower follow up shots. This would be fine if the ballistics were vastly superior to 9mm or .45, but they aren't. Not to mention accelerated gun wear.

Pelosi would be pissed.

DDM4V2, 30 rnd Pmag, Aimpoint ML3, and LaRue tactical mount.

BTW, the LaRue is TIGHT on the rail.. even left a mark on it.. is it possible to move it out a fraction?

You can loosen it by using the wrench provided with the mount. Did you not get one?

Yeah I ordered them during their holiday package $125 for 10. No way in hell I would buy them at 40 a piece.

Windowed.

I got the "holiday package" price as well.....can't imagine how all those who paid premium prices feel right now.

I still have another order coming from Brownells.

Correction : No wrench... there was just a screwdriver looking thing. I will have to get out the toolbox for this one

Do you have an inability to read instructions or to use Google?
