You might have to swap brackets I am sure but I also think there would be a problem with the headlights. You could just get the whole front clip and do a facelift on your car if that is an option.

No it will not. The bumper has different brackets and is a bit wider I believe

its a direct swap. ive done it before without any issues on my old 323
