BMW Recall question

Hi guys.

I bought a e46 m3 about a month ago and wanted to check if the recalls had been done on it.

Do I just call any BMW dealership and give them the VIN and they should be able to tell me?

Unless you have a VERY early production car (control arms, wheel IIRC) - there were no recalls on the E46 M3.

instead of being helpful to the poster about the "Service Action", you'd rather split hairs on what it's called saying there is nothing? my letter from BMW says they'll fix it and no time limit. I think that's all the OP wants to know.

ihave an appointment tomorrow morning at BMW dealer. When I called a week back they said there are no recalls listed form y car and the last time it was in for a recall was in 2010 for what loooks like the salmon relay. What should I ask them to tell me?

updates available?
