Voted. I passed on a recommendation to my buddy. He bought a pair of compression shorts and loves them. Keep up the good work man!

Great products from Spun! I got a set of their compressions pants (linky), and wore them for the first time to this mornings work out. I set my personal record for the stadium stair run. Was it the Spun pants? Hell yes it was

Happy Thanksgiving,
Tim

Just another update on my Spun Performance compression pants. I've been wearing these for a couple weeks now and feel there has been a genuine improvement in my performance. In the three weeks I've been rocking these I've set my personal best times at the stadium stair challenge three times. The pants are holding up great, I highly recommend them.

quality is def there. I have two pairs of compression shorts that get washed twice a week and they still look and feel new. They're probably 5 months old if not more.

Everyone I know who has a pair wants more. You wouldnt believe how many people order a pair and then 2 weeks later order 5 or 7 pairs so they can wear them every day. I am the kind of person who is constantly pulling up my socks all day and hates that feeling of when they are bunched up around the ankle. That is never an issue with these. I pull them all the way up at 8:30 am and they are still there at 6:00 when I get home.

Calves feel so good wearing them. Great for plane rides too when you would normally get all swollen form the altitude.

Great quality about the socks is the way they cling to your feet, ankles and calves. All of this seems to make my feet feel comfortable and planted when I squat, especially when "barefoot." Basically, these socks make me want to lift barefoot, or I guess bare-sock, and I love that. I can't say more about this product or the man who sells them, both are awesome!

From Spun Performance's site -

Significant research has been done in the past thirty years regarding compression apparel. The benefits cited most frequently are as follows:

Enhancing blood circulation to peripheral limbs
Improving temperature regulation
Reducing blood lactate concentration during maximal exercise bouts
Enhancing warm-up via increases in skin temperature
Increasing vertical jump height
Improving repetitive jump power
Reducing muscle oscillation upon ground contact
Increasing torque generated around joints, improving performance and reducing the risk of injury
Enhancing recovery following strenuous exercise by aiding in the removal of blood lactate and improving subsequent exercise performance
Reducing the effects of delayed onset muscle soreness in the days following strenuous exercise
Increasing feelings of positive leg sensations both during and following strenuous exercise
