ECSTUNING service

First time ordering parts from ECS and after receiving the package I was not happy. It took 11 days to get the package and I'm missing half of the stuff I order.. I order 2 tie rod assembly and only got 1. Order 2 steering rack boots and Only got 1. Order a oil change kit and only got 5qts. Mad right now. After calling at around 3pm they told me I had to wait till Monday to put a complaint bc all the staff were gone.

Yeah, all my orders from ECS have been satisfactory. Accurate orders and prompt shipping. Sorry for the bad luck

Christ I've bought thousands from them without a single problem. Sometimes it takes a bit to ship if they ate waiting on a part to arrive if you order some obscure OEM part, but they always keep me posted.

ECS is the only vendor I use. Never had a problem.

Bought my suspension and a door lock cylinder from them with no problems. I don't use them exclusively now though.

Ecs is slow as balls with shipping and they charge a lot to ship.

I wanted to buy some license plate screw (2 of them) and I was quoted $10 on shipping!!!

I still give them a 4/5, everything was packaged neatly, and the prices are good. The shipping price is what kills me from buying more stuff from them.

I used authaus az for maintenance parts, free shipping over $50 ftw!

No problems with them on my end, shipping was cheap, i ordered a lot of stuff and shipping was only $11. Shipping prices have gone up recently its not their fault. However lowering shipping to increase sales seems to work for amazon

Sucks. It's strange that ECS would screw up as badly as you describe. Maybe there was a 2nd package that got lost?

^+1, sounds like you would have had a 2nd package or they partially shipped?

Suggest you check your account and look at tracking info as well as read the invoice to see if anything shows as B/O or Back Ordered.

I've sent you a PM, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. Together we'll figure out what happened with your parts, and I'll help get you taken care of.

:update:
Turns out there was an issue with UPS, the package was damaged in shipping and parts were lost. Glad we got you taken care of and sorry you had to deal with a UPS oups.

James
