Another cooling system problem please help

I just did an overhaul on my e46 2002 325i. I did the whole shebang even the radiator. When i was about to bleed my coolant the connection from my upper hose and radiator is leaking. They are both new. Behr radiator and behr hoses. Thanks in advance

Are they pressed on enough? Did you lubricate the o-rings/mating surfaces with coolant?

Open it back up and inspect the o-ring seal. If it's damaged then there you go.
If not....... I'm not sure what to tell you.

Open, inspect O-ring closely.
If OK, put together with better lube.
What did you use? Most say use coolant, but I'm not a fan.
I use O-ring lube and stuff goes together like butter.

yeah, pain to do all that work and then have something that needs to be redone!
Just the way I felt when I had to redo my VCG. You look at the drip and curse it.

You definitely just put the hose on wrong. Just be smooth with it. User error.

I think O-rings are fine. But very easy for them to bind and twist when pushing them on without something slippery on them. They are not very tolerant of kinking.
