Rear Shock mounts question *pics*

im hearing a constant rattle in the back of my car whenever i go over slight bumps or pot holes

are my shock mounts done for? or could this be my springs.

well that first photo looks like the rubber that's bonded to the metal mount has separated. it hasn't broken apart or through like when they are really shot. it also looks like there is rubber shavings coming from it on the top.
But this is a guess from the photo as one would need to examine to be certain. as inexpensive as rsm's are I might do it anyway if you've owned the car long and haven't done them before.
