I just don't prefer it. It doesn't "attack" my lats, and it doesn't do anything to stimulate my chest. Additionally, we were referring to decline barbell bench presses. Decline DB presses are better, but I'll still pass. I'd rather dip!

Got everything set up. pieced Together a system and hung an extra mirror i had laying around. Now some stuff for the walls and better lighting and I'm good!

I started with 25 lb dumbbells doing flat bench, I'll never forget that... but there's just something about seeing someone benching with a bar with 5 or 10 plates on it that makes me laugh, especially with a spotter.
