We are also manufacturing our own resistor boxes, which we would be able to get to you at a much cheaper rate, since we don't have to sell them as a whole set of tails, nor are they so large that shipping costs are high (tail light set boxes are pretty big and heavy). If you are interested in this option, let me know.

We aren't really open for retail sales so it depends if the boss is in the mood or if we have any unallocated time - lately it hasn't been the case but as I posted a few days (weeks?) ago, we are really working on getting another body in to be able to do that! First priority is shipping orders timely though, and poking fun at the ridiculous upcharge our competitors have. More on all of those things developing soon

Hi Dean,

Only the passenger side tail light is not working so can I return this one passenger tail light instead of sending the whole set of 4 pieces for warranty exchange?

Let me know if this is ok.

If you ship us the one defective piece we will ship you that same piece, but a new one, back to you, but we will need the defective piece back before we ship out your replacement, but we would make sure it happens in the same day.

That would be awesome to have on-site pickup. I'm a San Diegan as well and would be interested to see how something like that would be implemented.

i guess i'm not the only one having problems contacting them. They have posted many times about getting shipments out in a timely manner. Really wish they got their **** together as they do have good products and prices, my only recourse now is to contact paypal as they wont respond to me and have not shipped my item so i'm out over 400 dollars...gladly would have paid more from another sponsor, then might have actually got my item...

Received the replacement taillight from Khoalty today.
Great stuff.

You have a customer for life.
I'll use Khoalty for all my BMWs in future.
Just be patient. If you want them to hire someone 24/7 to answer the phones and respond to your emails, the prices will not be as cheap as they are.
