looking for 3.46 for manual and other mods

Hey guys, new to bmw here. I just recently picked up a 2000 323ci and wanting to get a little more power on it. My first step is a 3.46 differential. I'm mainly going to tune it for NA however I may drop forced induction sometime later down the road. So keeping that in mind, any tips on what parts to avoid wasting money on for future induction would also be appreciated. Also looking for some nice pipes and headers to install. Any direction towards what brand would also be appreciated. I'd prefer a throaty tight exhaust note. My buddy has a v6 mustang with flowmasters and it just sounds hideous. (Sounds like an underpowered v8). So I'd prefer to stay away from that.
