NSW fined for using mobile while driving - I wasn't. Any advice?

Police are people. People are greatly flawed. I'd like to hear those stories though!

Have you heard of the Lucas Report, the Fitzgerald Inquiry or Roger Rogerson? If not, and in all seriousness, do some Google searches and see what you find.

got a couple mates who are members of VicPol. Also know Criminal lawyer whos represented some high profile clients. So ive listened to a few stories in my time! Cant get enough !

As an ex-cop myself (including General Duties, Drug squad and Special Branch) BrisM3 is telling it like it is. He has not written a word I disagree with. Some Police do sometimes lie under oath. And he is also right in that this is a two bit traffic offence and they would want it done with in as short a space of time as possible. Win or lose it is no big deal to the prosecutor.

I believe a couple of things. There is, or was in my time plenty of corruption in the squads. These days, most uniform cops are just regular people, doing a job. Some do it better than others of course.
