Cold start squeak?

Hey guys, i've been searching around to find out whats squeaking under my hood and I cant seem to pinpoint it. It only happens when the car is cold and idling, it goes away once the engine heats up or I accelerate.

I found a video of the exact sound:

Idler pulley maybe?

Thanks in advanced.

Sounds like a water pump or pulley squeal to me. Mine had a similar noise and I replaced the water pump and now it is quiet.

Is the noise just due to wear? Should I replace it immediately?

Mine was the idler pulley. Squeeked only when cold.

Replaced and sound is gone. Haven't done the tensioners yet but they're I'm the mail.

Have your took anything apart yet? The belt literally takes 5 min to take off, All we can give you is speculation. You have to check out the pullies yourself and report back

If your car has 50k miles or more you should replace your idle and tension pullies and belts. The tensioner would be smart to replace as well. The next step from a squeak is a melted pully then the belt is torn off, gets caught in the fan and blows out your radiator and coolant hoses.

Now you you can't say we diddnt tell you so.

I've sort of heard a noise similar to that, but I've replaced all my belts and pulleys.

Not sure if it's something with the belts or VANOS rattle, it kind of reminds me more of marbles in a tin can.
