Can OFLHG look like an Oil Pan Gasket Leak??

Hey everyone. I have an 04 330ci A/T with 86K. I just changed my oil today(i do oil changes every 5k) So i noticed that i have an oil leak around the oil pan... Also Oil filter housing gasket was seeping for a quiet a while.. I tried to look to see if that was the issue or not.. I can see that housing gasket is leaking now more than before but It also almost seemed like the oil pan gasket too..It is like all around the oil pan.. So i'm just wondering if any of you had the same issue.. it looked like an oil pan gasket but then it turned out to be the oil filter housing gasket?

I would go ahead and take care of the OFHG and clean the engine real well, especially around the oil pan and then watch it closely for a few weeks, if it shows up around the pan then make the plans to change the pan gasket, when oil runs down from the OFHG it can get everywhere around the bottom of the engine. Closely inspect your CCV, that can also run down around the pan.
I went in this order: OFHG, CCV, then the oil pan, thought I might have had a rear main seal leak but the pan gasket fixed the leaks. Oil pan wasn't to hard.
