I stopped at a gas station that sells bongs and crap. Told my wife I'd buy him one. She said no because I'd be the one busted for it. Lol. Speaking of family things, how's the brother in law doing marrying that chick without telling anyone?

Things are ok. Most of us still think he's a dumbass for it, and that he's not really taking things all that seriously, but it's his life now, and he needs to start making his decisions and owning them.

Looking into a new credit card that offers some kinda rewards program... amex is just so wimpo (basically .5% cash back if you use the rewards to transfer to gift cards). Anyone have any suggestions?

If you're looking for a mortgage any time soon, I'll give you the name of the broker we used.

I haven't heard of anyone trying to go directly through NFCU that had a good experience.

Really depends on what your looking for. Cash Back rewards or points towards travel etc. Check their site out.

I have hundreds of thousands of points on amex which I can use for travel... would prefer a high cash back card for holiday shopping. My buddy has one that is 5% cash back but it was a one time offer and I can't find anything offering that rate online at the moment.

Amazon Visa... actually not bad.

1 point on all purchases
2 on restaurants, gas, drug stores
3 on amazon purchases

50 dollar amazon gift card for signing up.

That's a consideration.
