Something tells me we will see a bunch of people doing stupid shlt in the next few weeks because of the 12/21/12 bs.

However, I do believe there is a significance to the date. These people were not stupid when it came to astronomy.

That's what they say. Nobody knows for sure. However, it is interesting how these primitive people, with no modern technology of any sort, were able to accurately predict and chart planetary cycles thousands of years ago is quite impressive and sort of makes you question... what did these people know?
