need opinion for buying 650i

I'm planning to buy a used 2006 650i:
I checked the carfax history it seems like so many serviced has been done

I need some opinions guys, are these serviced means good/bad? The car right now is running about 47k miles but I thought all these services should be performed later around 60k/70k?

Does anybody know what the differences are between the SMG in my 05 M3 and the one that would be in the 07 650i? Is it a late,those options combined make a world of difference in how the car responds to that gas pedal. Unless I'm on the interstate, my car is always in SPORT+DS and either DTC or traction control completely disabled.
