Dynavin D99 Bluetooth issues (Android)

Hi folks,

I'm new to this site and also my D99. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am struggling to get a bluetooth dongle or usb hub to work in the Android system (for torque and dash command). I know this is a common issue as there are many post containing snippets of information about it.
Im all my searching i have no conclusive answer:

1. Which bluetooth dongles work in android?

and

2. Which usb hubs are found to be working?

My D99 is only one week old so i am assuming that the firmware is up to date. Although tomorrow I will try reload the firmware from dynavin's web site just to be sure.
I've seen a youtube video of a guy using the same dongle I've got... go figure?

Also unstable wifi seems to be another issue, is there any fix for this or are we just stuck with it.

As I said any help is appreciated..... Im running out of ideas and getting more and more frustrated

I'm trying to keep this thread alive specifically to help UK bluetooth users.

The Sabrent Micro Wireless USB Bluetooth Adapter (BT-USBT) is unavailable here in the UK.

I have purchased the following units with no success:

I have M3Evo's latest rom and will keep trying BT adaptors until i find one that works brought in the UK.

If anyone has already resolved this please let me know as you will save me time and money.

I'm having the same issue. Trying to get bluetooth to work with Dynavin D99(android).
Same as you, I am also aiming to pair OBD2 ELM327 and to get Torque running.

Status so far;

Targus 4-Port Mobile USB Hub ACH111EU/n2953 (working)

Trust Bluetooth 3.0 USB Adapter 17772 (not working)

Sharing one solution;

Targus 4-Port Mobile USB Hub ACH111EU/n2953 (working)

Bluetooth mini adapter, class 2, v2.1+EDR, downwards compatible v1.1, v1,2, v2.0+EDR (working!)

I now got Bluetooth and WiFi plugged to Dynavin Android USB and both can be used simultaneously.
My previous BT was v3 and not backwards compatible.

Plese let me know where I can get the Bluetooth mini adapter, class 2, v2.1+EDR, downwards compatible v1.1, v1,2, v2.0+EDR.
