quick fitment question

I am hoping I could get a quick reply to a fitment question for a set of wheels I am looking to buy. Currently talking to the seller through emails.

They are 19x8.5 ET 38 in the front and rears are 19x9.5 ET 40. Tires are Kumho Ecsta SPT, 235/35 ZR19 front, and 265/30 ZR19 rear.

The car suspension is Koni SRT.T and Eibach sportline springs. 2003 ZHP sedan.

Thanks in advance...

Don't think the fronts will be an issue, the rears though might rub with that tire size and offset. I'd recommend possibly rolling the fenders in the rear to add a few millimeters of clearance just in case.

As a side note, the SPT has a really square shoulder.
