Why don't you come over and do bottle squats.

Well done mike, that isn't easy.

Most I've ever put up is 335, guarantee you it wasn't to that depth though, need to get back to that level. I'm jealous of what I could do in the below videos, taking my time getting back there. I had a guy ask me to spot him with 355 on the bar last week, yeah he did 5 reps but they were quarter squats, don't count if you ask me. Your form is on point.

Here is me doing 290 back in May, apparently pregnant with twins at the time

And 295

Look who it is, come back when you are lifting more than the bar.

Lets see...

I think a couple years but there was a lot of crap in there that didn't help me. A few little injuries and a lot of excuses made it take longer. I think I will be doing 350x1 by this time next year. Recently I've been hitting it really hard.

Here's what sucks about legs; Unless you're genetically predisposed to have big legs you need to hit them hard and often to make decent size gains. The minute you layoff intensity and/or volume they ditch all that hard earned muscle, fast.. The strength gains hold pretty steady but size goes.
