lol at pics.

Docs cannot help. It's a bad cold virus. I guess working out while sick is not a good idea. You guys should appreciate the health you have and go crazy with them front squats.

zoo, you honestly sound like the kind of guy who thinks hes "tough" by not giving in and pushing himself to get through the sickness, because the sick are weak etc etc...

I don't know how busy/stressful your life is, but you need to rest and have some downtime. No healthy individual should be sick for 10 days, period. Give your body a chance to recover

Cough, sore throat, and feel weak. Feeling better now but only coughing and feeling weak. I usually get sick for 2-4 days max, but 10 days. I need me a fleshlight.

lol @ chia seeds. Almonds and chai seeds are awesome. I would not live without them.

My life is quite stressful and busy. I did take few days off to rest but I think I worked out too hard in past 2 months that my body is punishing me. I get sick exactly 3 times each year for 2-4 days. But this 10 days one is new to me. I thought I felt better to workout but I guess my body is not ready. I'll skip Fri and and see how I feel on Sat.

I just got used to working out, it's my only way to release my stress and feel better. I guess I'm addicted now. Not sure if it's a bad or a good thing.

No it isn't lol. No offense but we see your log. Nothing you're doing is cause for concern of working out too hard.

My biceps are larger than yours and Solly's, at 14.5", I weigh 16lbs less. Thanks to dragon curls and chia seeds. So you both should start doing them.

I'm not an expert like you, but read on cortisol, immune system suppression, and working out. It's all related. This is a good start:

My body is adjusting, it's not used to the workout intensity I have been doing.

You're Hispanic and you eat tons of spicy food, of course you won't get sick. When I was your age I rarely got sick too.

Lol you're really coming at me with 14.5" arms. Mine are probably the same at this point and I don't even do arm work. If you want to go there 16lbs ago I was stronger than you too. I'm messing with you because all those curls and chia seeds are not why you're in the shape you are.

So what you are saying is, if I had an entire day dedicated to arms (and ensuring that I'm super setting), I can get 14.5" biceps??? You should do an infomercial with your discovery

Reminds me of my tool bag roommate that did insanity and posted a before and after picture on Facebook and the only think that looked different was the lighting. It was basically an advertisement why not to jump around like a maniac for an hour a day for 60 days. Moral of the story, he wasted his time.

Haha lots of people waste time doing that kind of stuff, and I'm no different. I can only imagine where I'd be today if I knew what I do now 3 years ago. I hope I don't say that again in 3 years!
