ECS Tuning problems.....

Anyone else having issues with ECSTuning?? I have ordered many parts from them in the past
but usually there is a delay due to "their distributor" not being able to get parts. In business that happens
sometimes but lately its been getting often. Now I just recently got a window regulator to start
replacing them one by one due to age of my car. I changed a back one out before and it was fine.
This new one I had to force into place and then when everything is put back together its so slow and bound up
that I will be putting the old one back in. Of course you cant talk to anyone on Saturday.
WTF!!! If its not this crap its having to remove stuff "they" are holding up my order for or just wait
a month for what I really need now. Geez. :facepalm:

Am I the only one having these problem? Their prices are good but not to make up for these hassles.
I just lost two hours out of my Saturday and my windows works horribly!!!!

Been having the same issues, customer service/shipping has been horrible with 9/10 orders in the last 6 months.

THANK YOU for this... Called them out last month on some crappy service and overcharging.

I loved ECS back in my VW days but my single experience with them this time was like a 2 star yelp experience.

Hopefully the changes are temporary :/

Yeah I was gonna order a $4 part the other day and the shipping was $12.
Just hope I can get a refund on the crappy non fitting window regulator and some other parts I bought from them recently.
Do they refund cash or is it ONLY store credit?
They sure had no problem taking my cash when THEY wanted to get paid!!!
