What's up guys. I currently did change up a few things on the car and here are some photos of Before and after Hope you like! (Comments welcomed )

First thing i did... Clears all around



Than black grille (actual replaced not plasti dip lol) and LED AE's with LED Corners



Cluster rings and aluminum handbrake handle & shifter knob (not a fan of the HAMANN logo but hey.. it matches the interior trim



M3 Replica lip (bought painted off of eBay.. to my surprise the color was dead on) and installed 12V outlet in the useless ashtray in the back


did a suspension overhaul using H&R Touring cup kit (1.2in drop) with Meyle rear shock mounts w/reinforcement plates and sachs front strut mounts w/reinforcement plates (not in picture)



not much of a drop but compare to the first pictures...its a nice drop lol a finally... RIMS



Style 71 replicas... deep dish



I got a customized plate (Just intend as a joke... Dont wanna hurt anyones feelings...)

most recently installed the Eonon D5113u Navi HU



Bought and Installed the M Alcantara steering wheel



of course gotta keep up with maintenance with these cars which includes..

pulleys, tensioner, Fan clutch, drive/AC belts, Fuel Filter, air filter, cabin filter, Brake pads/rotors, Control arms with ball joints and LCAB, Swaybar links, full tie rod assembly, as mentioned earlier overhauled suspension with H&R Touring Kit, front Strut mounts with reinforcement plates, rear shock mount with reinforcement plates, Spark plugs, cleaned MAF, Intake boots, Oil changed every 5-8K miles with Mobil1 0w40 with MANN Filters, power steering flush, water pump, t-stat, hoses, Expansion tank, brake flush & of course coolant flush

Next on list: tranny flush

EVERYTHING that has been done to this car was done by my own two hands.. the only thing this car has seen the inside of a mechanic shop is when I do alignments and new tire and I hope to God it stays that way!

It has 92k miles now I believe, you can kinda read it in the cluster picture

Thanks guys Shes at around 86K Miles now (140,000 KM's) My car is in KM's so the 92 you see in the picture is KM's

The HU is the Eonon D5113U... no problems so far..and does it ever sounds better than stock unit with the HK setup.. Sound does get a little distorted if you blast it too high thou...

love the eonon unit. Wish it wasn't 500 bucks tho

I agree... but man it's worth it so far.... Looks AWESOME, color matches the car,honestly SOUNDS GREAT, navigation, Bluetooth... just the fact that you don't need any tacky add ons to your car is great (like window GPS and visor BT speaker)

Only bad thing I can say about it so far is I have a lot of iPod playlists and you cant choose playlists when you hit the LIST button it just shows you the current songs list in the playlist your on... It's not a big deal thou because you can just change the playlist on the iPod and off you go again... but when you have a 160GB iPod and 50 gigs of music... kinda sucks...

Thanks for the posts. How long did it take to do the installation and are there any gotchas to watch out for?
I'm considering doing the upgrade but still considering Dynavin or Eonon. I would like to it while the sales is still on hopefully.

Bluetooth & GPS built in! key features I bought the deck... Mic seems to work excellent and GPS is pretty decent too

Do your steering wheel controls still work? If so how did you connect it up?

Yeeep... deck comes with canbus decoder (red box that connects to the wiring harness.. its all just plug and play)

Picture on the right is after 10 minutes of cleaning.. looks 500x better

brushed it with a toothbrush (dry) than used warm water with a bit of dish soap and just wiped it down with a facecloth

Looks good I want an alacantra m3 steering wheel so bad
