E46 330 2005 330ci ZHP Black/Navi/6 Spd 88k miles

Hi folks! After being part of the community for the past 5 years I'm sad to say I am posting up my ZHP in order to upgrade to a more "family friendly" vehicle.

Details on the car are as follows:
• ~88,000 miles
• 6 Speed manual transmission
• DVD Based Navigation System
• Rogue Engineering DMS Exhaust
• AC Schnitzer Roof Spoiler
• Replica AC Schnitzer front strut tower brace
• 3000K(yellow) HID projector fog lights
• JL Audio 500/1 Amplifier
• Alpine Type R 12” Subwoofer in custom fiberglass molded box
• Purchased at 42,000 miles, all service records from 42k until now available. Clutch was replaced by dealer at 45k

Recent Service (w/in prior 1 year):
• Oil change, cabin air filter, air filter, alignment, brakes (upgraded to OEM BMW Euro cross drilled rotors front and rear and Akebono ceramic pads), brake fluid flush with ATE fluid, power steering flush

Other Services Completed (prior years)
• Spark plugs were replaced with NGK platinum's at 51K, Trans & differential fluid replaced with Redline at 52K, Fuel filter at 52K, Belts, thermostat, coolant flush at 64k

As this is used and was my dd for the past 5 years it does come with its share of wear, noted below:
• Hood & Roof clear coat is fading, currently covered with 3M gloss black vinyl, roof looks great but hood needs to be redone
• Front bumper has a lot of rock chips
• Driver’s side rear quarter panel has a dent along molding, hard to notice but is there
• Passenger air bag light flickers on and off periodically

All items on the car are factory items except for the HID projector fogs, ACS spoiler & brace, and exhaust.

Other than the items above the car is in amazing shape both cosmetically and mechanically. I have kept up with all services needed and the car has NO mechanical issues or even so much as a hiccup. The car is pictured with HRE 540R 19” wheels, which are in new condition (recently refurbished) and not included in the sale. The car will come on a choice of 17” wheels with snow tires mounted (17” factory BMW wheels or 17” ASA wheels). If you want the HRE’s as well that will be an additional $1,750. The lips will be re-polished to a mirror shine and all tires are in like new condition, from Discount Tire with the road hazard warranty.

For the car as is + HRE wheels I am willing to let her go for $16,000 all in, but am willing to remove the HRE's, roof spoiler, sub & amp for a discounted sale. With only factory items and none of the above items I'm looking for $14,000.
I also have a set of H&R springs and some H&R spacers I will throw in with the car.

Lastly I am open to REASONABLE offers and would be willing to do a trade + cash for a 2010+ Acura MDX, so let me know what you guys are thinking.

Lol...fly up here, I'll pick you up at the airport, and then drive this sucker down! This thing is more than ready for a road trip, I've driven it between Texas and Chicago a few times as well as out to NY and back. The navi helps, and the sub keeps me awake on those long trips! Not to mention the super comfortable alcantara and cloth seats!!

Forgot to mention clean title in hand...

Found the car I want to buy...need this gone asap. 15k for it with the hre's as well as your choice of winter wheels & tires...

bump...the HRE's are true 3 piece wheels and were refurbished last year with all new rivets and nuts from HRE, powder coated inner barrels (silver), powder coated centers (anthracite), and polished outer barrels and all resealed so they will be problem free for many years to come!

I'm sorry if this is crude or I seem to have a lack of understanding of procedure, I've never posted to anything, anywhere before and registered just now to reply. I'm interested in the lowest price I can get, no springs, spacers, aftermarket wheels, subs, or amps. would be interested in keeping the roof spoiler and strut brace though.
