The NA CS pack consisted of brakes, springs, wheels, and tuning. It's possible that the car that OP's friend found has been "converted." Or maybe it just has CSL wheels.

Sold it to a guy who wanted to make it a DD/track car, but he only kept it 6 months. It was still streetable when I sold it. AC and CD player still worked. I wanted something with more HP.
