FS: OEM Rear Rotors and Brake Pads for 2002 E46 325ci

Looking to part with a brand new set of rear rotors and brake pads for an e46 325ci. They are OEM, purchased at BMW Houston North on I-45.
I paid $154 for rotors 34-21-1-165-563, and $69 for the pads 34-21-6-778-168, plus tax.
Looking for $140

Brake Pads were sold. Both rear rotors are still available. Rotors are currently selling for $81 a corner on GetBMWparts.com. Looking for $100 for both.
