Does Alex Roy's M5 have any engine work done to it? (I'm assuming so)

Keep in mind that radar and laser jammers are very illegal in Minnesota, in case you're contemplating getting one.

Because they are, I don't know. I'm assuming that the assumption is that radar jammers will promote people to drive faster.
FWIW, Jammers are illegal in 10 states.

Radar jammers are illegal everwhere, laser jammers are illegal in select states.

Even if you have jammers in a legal state, you should never "jam-to-gun", which means leave them on all the way as you pass a LEO shooting laser. If he can't get a read on you at 50ft, he will suspect you're jamming him. Best thing is to slow down to the speed limit when the jammers go off, then turn off the jammers.

That is all I think. I couldn't remember anything more significant. He has a ton of horns and such with his PA system. He also runs tail light out and full rear light out switches, and Laser Veil on the front and rear.

Given how old his M5 days were I'm assuming there's more updated version of everything he had.
