DRLs Staying on after turning off car

Hey guys,

First I wasn't sure where to post this, its an electrical problem so I figured I'd start here, let me know if I should post it somewhere better.

Okay so when I turn my car off it seems like the DRLs, cabin lighting and some of the lights on my dashboard stay on for longer than they should, not allowing me to lock the car with my remote, or even unlock the doors I need to while this is happening.

Whats strange is sometimes its longer than other times... It has become quite the hassle to get out of your car and stand there for 2 minutes to lock the doors , instead of just being able to walk away and hit the lock button like a normal person.

Let me know if there is more info I can provide, thanks in advance!
