Morimoto Bi-Xenon feature?

Hey guys,

I just did xi_chee's projector retrofit...looks great. I'm thinking about setting up the bi-xenon feature. Currently, I have halogen DRL's. I want to disable these as I'll be setting up AE's eventually, and have the bi-xenons. Could I (temporarily) remove the DRL bulbs, wire the bi-xenons to the DRL wires, and have them work when the high beams are turned on? I know this will activate bulb-out warning lights.

I would not butcher anything like that.

Also I did the opposite. I enabled DRLs and removed angel eyes.

GL.

This will be moved to lighting, i'm sure!!

You're right, I guess that would be counterproductive - I'm trying to salvage the lighting setup the PO had (terrible HIDs in halogen housing, awfully colored DRL and fog bulbs). I think I'm going to run DRLs and no AE's for a while.
