Smaller Springs for PSS9

I have a 2002 m3 with bilstien pss9's and the fronts are all the way down and i am pretty low but wanting to go lower. Should i look into different springs or a whole different coilover set that can go lower? i may take a collar out but after that whats next?

i am at 25" from fender to ground. and not bad. i have heard alot of good things about v2's. just dont know if i want to spend 1700 for 2 more inches of drop at the most. i dont track it either right now, just pure stance.
