Question exhaust too low

I have a 04 325ci, I dont have money to buy a new exhaust since I recently bought it. The exhaust is too low for my ears.
I know for some hondas you can unscrew a bolt nut and it sounds louder.
My question is can you do this to the stock 325ci exhaust?

I know this might sound stupid lol

Straight pipe. Cut the cat off. Should be somewhat inexpensive.

Muffler delete. 100$ and you'll be a happy camper.

Just drill a bunch of holes in the muffler.. If you can't afford a drill, buy a hammer and start hitting it in different places until something happens.
