Give me your smoothie recipes
The title is pretty self explanatory. I eat 4-5x a day so a smoothie is a good way to make a quick meal, but I don't have many recipes.

I'm assuming you don't necessarily want a smoothie that's "workout" oriented but I drink these from time to time.
Half an avocado 1/2 cup of milk 1/2 cup of water hand full of frozen cherries scoop of vanilla protein powder milk 2 spoons of natty Peanut Butter scoop of chocolate casein protein powder or whey. I drink before bed so I take the casein usually. |

I posted this in the other thread....
A) 1 banana 1 apple some yogurt some peanut butter handful of kale some berries (straw, rasp, blue, whatever) almond milk water ice B) 1 apple 3 stalks of celery berries (rasp, blue, black, whatever) milk (or almond milk) 1 scoop of protein powder C) 1 banana 3 spoons full of natural PB some milk protein powder if you want ice I typically just throw in whatever fruit (and most veggies) into the blender with some ice, water, milk/almond milk, and protein powder and they typically come out pretty good. PB and yogurt are common, too.

My favorite.
1/2 cup of milk. Handful of strawberries. 1 tbsp of condensed milk. Yes I like my sugar.

Super easy and tasty food network recipe I use:
2 cups frozen fruit of your choice (I go with strawberry or mango) 1 cup plain yogurt 1 banana 2 tbs honey or sugar Blend on high setting until smooth. You will need a straw, it comes out just like jamba juice. |

I freeze my fruit to replace the ice and use fruit juice to thin.
