My Ride: 325i 2004 sport-pack
interesting thread I just received my orion v2 opaque.. but now before I start I dont know if i have to bake my facelifted headlights or put some silicone on it to get it really sealed.. I drive a 2004 325i sedan

@rambo10, There's no baking necessary with the sedan, only the coupe. The front lenses are held on by 6 clips on the sedan. Its really very simple for the sedan.

btw Whey, i used just clear adhesive glue that holds up to 350 degrees, When I first did them on mine, one headlight got sealed wrong and humid was getting in, but after leaving it the headlight box open in the sun for a couple of days straight, I closed it up and sealed it up nicely and have had any problems. My came out good.

Yeah it's a clear adhesive silicone glue. It's holds really good and it's waterproof.

My angel eyes are not fitting my headlights, i mean the bazel trim seams to be smaller than the angel eyes so cant replace it.. Look at that picture

It looks like the AE is smaller than the bezel in both pics? Which set did you buy?

Also, how was the baking?

Finaly they fited, i didnt baked them since mine are the facelifted ones so before i clipped it back i've put some siliconeto make sure no humidity gets in

Yeah it was only the ring on the high beams that u have to push to the last clip so you'll be able to place your bazel trim
