2000 BMW 328I *AlwaysBroken*

So ive been on this forum for a year or so now. Im 20 years old and I bought my E46 328i back in January 2013 and in all that time Ive done all the work myself except for alignments and tire changes and ive done almost everything that can be done I think lol Basically :
Subframe reinforcment
Belts, pullies
Alternator
Both tensioners
power steering system overhaul
PS Pump (PM item?)
Blower Motor
Final stage resistor
HVAC unit, (Shorted out)
Spark plugs(2x)
Coil boots
Intake boots
Fuel injector o ring
Intake manifold gasket
DISA o ring

all 4 calipers

Right now my setup for my suspension is:
Alzor BBS LM replica 18x9 square ET 32 Front ET 42 Rear
255/35/18 Nitto Motivo

Had to do a fender pull on front and rear but no biggie, nothing a heatgun and phonebook wont fix lol

Now The only thing left to do is
Recaro Seats(HAve seats just need bracket, if anyone is selling?)
Hotchkis Sway bar kit
Front Camber Kit
arm rest delete
Sun roof slider reupholster(was too lazy to take out when doing headliner/pillars)
All weather mats/trunk mat
Fix all squeaky interior parts

After that I think I will be done unless I have enough to go FI

considering you're only 20 and do all the repair yourself...im impressed! good way to save money is to do it yourself haha.

but wow that maintaince list is quite a list! i bet you the car drives like a dream haha

Well I stripped my sway bar endlink by over tightening but after I fix it it will drive like a dream haha but yeah I do all the work bc no $ to pay ppl to do it. College student life

i understand wanting to work on cars. but i agree with you. since most of it was maintenance, i would have bought at least an LCI if i wanted an e46. with the money in parts, you could have gotten an 05 zhp

well i beat on my car a lot so that 05 zhp wouldve had a lot of suspension bushing problems, now my car is basically new all around and handles better than a stock 05 zhp and for some reason i like prefacelift, maybe because i have one and im biased but it just looks more masculine to me
