E46 Sport Computer Chair

I really love my friend's Porsche 911 computer chair and since my original 330 seats were just collecting dust in the attic I decided to make something cool out of one. I stripped all of the unnecessary parts/motors off to reduce some weight. My buddy Brendon took care of the welding and making it work as a chair. I plan to eventually dye it cinnamon and incorporate a shift knob onto the height adjusting lever.

Very cool, and even better that it's a sport seat.

Would have been sick if you left the motors so you can have a a powered computer chair. Getting power to the chair is the dilemma though. Nice though!

Very creative!

Do you still have the motors for the passenger seat? I think my motor to move it up and down is fried

I had to move 1 or 2 of the motors to the M3 seat when I installed them so no I don't have them, sorry. Try searching eBay.
