Salvaged? you must not know how to look for cars because there are plenty of e46 m3's you can find that are not salvaged and are going for 15k if not less.

....easy for you to say 15K is over-priced when you got yours for less than 10K. Yours is also 2 years older, more miles, not a coupe, no heated seats, etc.

Yes, there are better deals on Autotrader for a 2006 coupe than this car, so it's safe to say it's a little over-priced, but not 'way' over-priced.

Lol im not comparing mine to this one. Im just saying that it is overpriced and OP can find a better deal. You keep refering to my purchase when its not even relevant. Either way its a nice vehicle and OP, shop around and remember these benjis dont grow on trees. Good luck.

its a nice color. but with 95k on it that is way overpriced. mine was 14k 3years ago with 60k when I bought it. I will say the Alcantara interior is very nice. I love mine

So where can you get an M3 with 95,000 miles for $15,000?

I would pick this M3 up instead

http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=962283

EDIT: Nvm its sold, but a great example that the price is a bit high, for that price range you should be able to pick up an M.

That's a beauty too.
I wanted the very best one I could find.
Fact is the economy is different. High end quality is getting a premium.
If u plan to keep the car a long time, spend the time to find #1 and write the check.

I have the black cube carbon fiber interior and LOVE it. Only problem I see with that car is that it's and SMG (I prefer a manual). Not sure how reliable SMGs are in general so many there's some other members in here who can chime in

*edit* Misread the first page of link. On my iPhone!

I'm so dumb. I saw the "RWD" and thought it was SMG (I'm on my iPhone). Should have zoomed in

The ad says:

But the pictures show:

Believe me, after looking at a dozen ZHPs in 10 different states I grew to mis-trust the ads. Too many e46 listed with 6 speed Autos and all sorts of other errors.

Yeah that threw me off a bit as well. A lot of times dealers don't even know what they have

"Black Cube" is not "Carbon Fiber" and vice versa. Two different types of trim.

Ditto

Though I guess if you include consumables, such as tires and brakes, maybe? New set of tires say around $700, plus $600 for brakes, but you do those maybe every 2-3 years depending on much you drive a year.

Factor in about 2 to 3 oil changes a year at $80 a pop (assuming you don't DIY), and maybe a failed window regulator, a leaking gasket, etc. Maybe?

My E90 so far in two years and 30,000 miles of driving has cost me....

- New Tires (Ditched the crappy run flats) $700
- One Coil $54
- Major Service w/ Oil Change $254
- Rear Rotors, Pads, Sensor $300
- Just Oil Change x2 $140

That's just under $1500 for 30,000 miles of driving, which is pretty decent. Though only issue was one bad coil up to this point, knock on wood (knocking on the whole tree actually).
