I would avoid KYB's personally, have had 2 bad experiences with that brand with 2 different cars.

The type of shock to buy largely depends on what you want to get out of them. OEM comfort, performance, etc.

I have Bilstein Touring and I love them. Smooth ride, great handling, and a good warranty. I paid $320 for all 4.

really leaning more towards handling. kinda need the best bang for your buck here- dont really have a money tree right now.
