Question Is there a way to get in from the trunk?

Is there a way to get into my car 2001 BMW 330Ci Very from the trunk?? Because my key remote died, the door lock cylinder broke , and AAA can't unlock my car they sent 2 guys and they could do it. Replaced the Battery on the key fob and nothing. Plus I just bought the Car:/

I think your best bet is going to be ordering a new key and just waiting.

That won't work I called the dealer and they said either you break the window or you bring it here and we charge $189 an hour

No no way in from the trunk unless you want to cut your way in through the steel plate behind the back seat or you're small enough to fit through the pass through.

I've never tried to break into my bmw. I'm surprised aaa could not. I think if you push the unlock button, then pull on the door handle twice the door should open. It might be easier doing this through the trunk passthrough instead of the windows. Don't know. Try pushing the key unlock button three times, on the third time hold it down. Maybe you will get lucky and the top will open. You could tell the seller to come get their crappy defective car you can not even get into. Let us know how you resolve this. Good luck.
Tip. If you do get in go buy a spare key and repair the door lock mechanism. It is always good to have more than one way to get into your car.

if you had to break a window, I wonder which one would be cheapest to replace.
I might actually consider going through the windshield, mine is a little pitted and could use a replacement anyway . . .

$189 per hour? Damn, glad I don't live in CA, even if it is beautiful.
