Xenon sensor leveling

Hi,

I am having issue with xenon leveling. I manually adjusted it but no magic. I took the front passenger wheel of to see if my xenon sensor is out but found this. Can anyone tell me that this is the right angle or position?

My Ride: BMW M3 E46
I'd check the angle again. Not sure on our e46s but on our x5 the lights kept dipping and rising while driving. Turned out to be the angle was opposite.
