Will these fit (I know, I know)

Sorry to ask the stupid question, but I'm in a bit of a hurry. Need to know if a set of 17" miglia 1000 rims that are wearing 235/55/r17 winter force tires will fit my 01' xi. The seller states that they came off of a 2001 740 I. I'm concerned primarily with offset. Looks like the stock offset for the 740 that year was around +23 and I know we shouldn't be looking at anything less than around +33 on our cars. My hope is that since the Miglias are aftermarket, maybe the offse is a little higher.

Any response is appreciated, even those that slap me and tell me where I could easily have found this answer.

+23 is like putting a rear m3 wheel on the front and back of your car...you will have poke and you will rub unless you have fender rolling and tire stretching

We need more info. How wide are the wheels? Secondly, those tires are too tall for your car.
