E46 orange oil warning light

Best used car I ever bought. Only 2 problems. Orange oil warning light comes on after driving for a few minutes and stays on for 10 seconds and goes off and stays off. New synthetic oil + filter done but no change. Methinks oil level sending switch? Can't set time on cluster or radio. I had to down load a 2001 owner's manual and it says to refer to radio manual which I also don't have. How do you set time on radio? Please. Love the car. 4 people thought it was brand new. But I had to tell them its 10 years old brand new 2002.

It's the oil level sensor. Easy replacement/repair.

Do a search on this forum for both of your issues and you'll find lots of info.

Beware of using the URO parts brand for the oil level sensor. The holes were slightly off so i had to file them down slightly for it to fit.
