My car when running has a smell like burning rubber that comes into the car even while windows are up. I can smell it outside of the car as well more so near the hood of the car. No SES light on, My exhaust from front to back is not rusted or have any holes in the piping. My Oil Filter Housing Gasket is leaking and a lot of oil leaks out. Can this be the possible cause of this smell ?? again it is a burning rubber type of smell when the car is at idle regardless if the vents are on or off. can anyone shed any kind of light o this of me ?

The oil leaking out could very well be the issue. If its driping and getting slung to hot or moving parts. What would be smart here would be to go by process of elimination. First, replace that leaky gasket and clean up the mess. Observe.
If its better youve fixed it, if not, you know it wasn't that and you can move on.

Check the back corner of the valve cover. If it leaks, it hits the cat for bank 2 and the smoke pulls in through the micro filter

i recently had this same issue. I recently did a inspection 2 service on my car. among the leaks repaired were the valve cover gasket which took care of the rubber/oil smell coming in through the cabin filter. that should be your issue.
