Rattle upon cold start up between 1500-2000rpm

Hey guys 04 330ci A/T. I noticed that there is a rattle upon cold start up. It sounds like it's coming from the engine bay but when the car warms up rattle goes away. I did some research on this. it sounds like people are saying that could be vanos.. I'm not sure if people just replace the vanos seals or the vanos themselves?? I'm new at this. If you could give me an advice, that will be great! And if there is a good DIY??

Get the VANOS seals and rattle fix from beisan systems. People have reported good results from them. If you can't be bothered with doing the work, get a rebuilt one from Dr Vanos. 250 bucks vs 60. Your choice.

I know the vanos seals but what is 'rattle fix' ? Is that some kind of a kit?? What is the web site to buy both of them? Also is that a hard DIY? how long does it take to do?
