Non-M 6 speed clutch alignment tool
Does anyone have an extra one laying around? I'll buy it.
Keep in mind that this only applies to facelift coupes and ZHP sedans that came with the 6 speed. Be aware that these are apparently hard to find. So I'd keep yours if you only have one. |

BMW part number for the tool is 83-30-0-494-280.
It's about $33. |

OEM tool for $33? Sounds cool
Did you end up getting the Lisle tool? I found that it works to move the disc around but it's too loose to really use for alignment. I had to judge alignment by how the outside of the disc lined up with the pressure plate.
