Thats the point of his video. Once you legalize abortion to the level liberals want, the next step is having it paid for. Medical weed becomes a "prescription drug" and Sandra Fluke needs it paid for. Everything the liberals want costs money. Now, most of the "social rights" ie gay marriage, abortion, drugs, etc I am for, but I am NOT for their fallout, and there lies the problem.

I think what he meant to say that it is very difficult to be fiscally conservative and socially liberal in practice, not theory. I don't see why wanting drugs or abortions legal = agreeing to provide them for free.

Classic slippery slope argument. The world is full of people who are happy to have things one way but against taking that next step. Few people I know think about conservatism and liberalism in Manichean terms.
