Not something I can just answer, since you can't know how much of the person you love will still be there. Something like that is going to change the person. If everything I love about her is gone, we'll eventually be over. If she still has the same traits I fell in love with in the first place, I'd stay.

I would still imagine it working the lower torso.... So if she is eating right, combined with a wheelchair work out you could still be "in shape"
