G-Power ASA T3-313 on 330xi M54B30 / GM 5L40-E

Hello Everybody from Germany,

got for my German 330XI Steptronic 2004' this Kit:

with an ASA T3-313 Supercharger. This one is not the biggest and for this Forum 275HP is "worthless" - i know, but the price is better then everything else.

Engine is complete stock, but with Euro2 DME-Software and modified rpm-limiter. Automatic Gearbox is flushed with Dexron VI twice and new Filter, Changed Software to 330i ZHP US Modell and changed the Torque Converter Clutch Pressure. Clutch is engaged at 35 mph in 4. Gear and 50 mph in 5. Gear.

The Engine has a rebuild Vanos with Beisansystems-Anti-Rattle-Kit and Seals.

All Sensors are new (Camshaft In/Out), new MAF, new Lambdas LSH25, Spark Plugs Bosch, New Oil and Filter...

Maybe an ignorant question, but where do you get prices for these systems? Wouldnt mind a low boost system if the price was right.

The Price is 2600,00$ for 0,3 Bar (4,4 PSI) but the Charger is allways the same to get more boost. I had only to change the pulley to get 6,5 PSI...

It really does Look great. How does it Drive & Feel? Do you notice the difference? Damn I miss Germany

Beautiful, always nice to see XIs getting love. Seems like a great affordable option. I wonder if the relatively small boost might also be just within range of what the XIs can handle without the major drive train work beefier systems require.

The lower level power is the exact reason that I am interested in it. My biggest concern is the tune. It sounds like its not a full tune. Anyone with any experience?

I'd like this low boost relatively inexpensive set up for my 2004 330CI. How can I buy one? Where in the US can it be ordered?

It amazes me that even the "cheaper" euro kits hardware. Blows the top US kits out of the water. Those pipes aren't plastic, kit looks great. How is fit/form? I assume it's spot on! G power's hardware is legit! AA VF ESS /bow down. Edit: Does G power offer tranny/engine software?

They are one of the Authorized G-power dealers on the east coast. there is another on the west coast but i can not remember there name. "The Shop" maybe?

Where to get this done? I already have the ZHP US Model Software on my ZHP.

Still waiting for Delivery. G-Power has much selled from this kit, becouse it's available for E46, E39, E60, E53, E85, E86 ... for this "small" amount of money its a nice addon to get more power and torque.

The Kit delivers 5 PSI or something. With a smaller pulley, you can reach 7,5 PSI which is my finish.

To the Automatik Gearbox:

The Addon-Module is aviable for all cars with gm 5l40-e gearbox and Siemens GS20 TCU. Write a mail: elzin@gmx.de

He can modify the TCU. Many Diesel-Drivers are driving around with this modification and its awesome.

Interesting to see how your tranny holds up...I'm sure that's a sticking point for the feeble-auto drivers (I'm kidding)

Is 7.5 the Max amount of boost you can run?
