My Ride: a car
Engine internals are being balance this week as the VAC Motorsport Crank pulley for my ATI dampener has finally showed up! Assembly will be taking place in 2 weeks.

As for the rest of the car we will be posting some more pictures tomorrow!

Lots of us run solid engine mounts without issue. I think I've had solid engine mounts in my car since it was originally turbo'd almost 2 years ago.

Spent some time recently browsing through your flickr account. I quite like your intentions to be as transparent as possible for all current/potential customers.. a great way to set the company apart.

As they do add some vibration to the chassis, it will not vibrate so much as to damage the car.

They will also not cause frame damage.

Are the solid engine mounts required? Smaller mount needed to clear the exhaust manifold/turbo? I assume they might be since they come with the turbo kit but I was just curious.

If you're worried about feeling the vibration in the car you can keep your stock mount on the drivers side. I did this on the shop car and could not even tell that it had a solid mount on the passenger side. Nothing to worry about with the solid mounts, we have been putting them on cars for many years.

I run solids in my e36 as well. I would not recommend mixing a solid and a rubber though. That goes for engine and trans mounts. That will break the mounting tabs off the trans or crack a motor mount arm. All or nothing

Everything looks real clean! Nice work.
